We are looking forward to you joining us at our Paw Hub Pop-ups. Please read the event terms and conditions carefully before attending the event.
All humans are only entitled to bring ONE dog with you to the event. The only way you can bring more than one dog is if you have discussed and had approval in advance by Paw Hub. If you arrive with more than one dog without prior approval you will not be granted entry to the event. We advise that you double check with us by email that you have approval for more than one dog.
One ticket allows one dog and one human into the event.
All owners are responsible for their own dogs at all times during all Paw Hub events and events Paw Hub collaborate on. This applies to any humans bringing a dog along that they do not own but the dog is in their care.
Any altercations, issues or incidents you will be expected to resolve the issue between each relevant parties just as you would in any public environment, it is the responsibility of all owners to resolve any disputes with each other.
It is your responsibility to have appropriate pet insurance that covers harm to a person or dog.
It is your responsibility to give your dog enough toilet breaks throughout the event, any toilet accidents inside the venue is the sole responsibility of you, and as the owner or carer of the dog you agree to clean up accidents straight away.
All dogs must be on lead and supervised by their owners at all times during all Paw Hub Events.

All dogs must be on leads at all times unless it is advertised as an "off lead" event or in designated “off-lead” areas.
All dogs must be well behaved and well socialised.
No aggressive dogs are allowed at Paw Hub Events.
We ask that you do not bring any dogs who are unwell and that are recovering from any kinds of surgery or illness and dogs in season cannot attend any events.
Please do not bring dogs that are in season to Paw Hub events.
We cannot take responsibility for any dogs or their actions while at any of our events, it is the sole responsibility of the dog owner.
Any dog behaviour deemed dangerous or inappropriate by Paw Hub events may result in the instant dismissal of that dog from the event and future events.
The safety and welfare of the dogs and their owners are our priority
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the event and your booking at any time.
No bookings are transferable to other guests without informing us first.
There is a capacity restriction on the amount of dogs attending Paw Hub events to ensure there is a comfortable flow of dogs in the space at any one time for health and safety purposes.
By attending the event you give permission for Paw Hub and their partners to photograph and/or video your dog and yourself and to use the photos and video footage of yourself and your dog for promotional purposes.
